Samantha Diegoli
Dr. Samantha Diegoli is founder and executive of Thinkfree Creativity, a research and consulting organization specialized in human development for achieving higher performance professionals. She currently consults with executives and teams at corporations in Europe and South America to develop custom and creative human solutions for flourishing high performance professionals.
She has conducted studies on nonlinear dynamics, self-organization, and complexity in small workgroups, allowing her to implement models and a methodology based in fuzzy logic that is able to understand and measure self-organization capacities of small workgroups. Her innovative work on applications of self-organization in the organizational social field have been published and disclosed to companies and universities.
